Buyers will be able to place bids on sell orders on the Secondary Market for a fund once it has been opened by the fund manager.

Funds are typically opened up for trading on Jasper's Secondary Market once the fund is fully allocated and a first full valuation of assets is complete.

We expect these liquidity windows will generally take place twice a year, following the release of the latest quarterly report. Jasper may change the liquidity window dates of a Secondary Market at any time at our discretion.

Buyers will have the opportunity to review information on the fund including returns history, key metrics, quarterly performance updates, and any recent offer documentation from previous capital raises. You can also contact Jasper directly with any questions.

How do I place a bid?

You can access the buy side of the Secondary Market via your investor portal. If the Secondary Market is open for a fund you will be able to access it from the 'Invest' tab, this is the first page that is displayed when you log in.

You can place a bid on a sell order in the Secondary Market by selecting the blue 'Buy' button for the relevant order. You can bid on multiple orders at the same time.

You can set the bid price of your choosing within a predefined range, which is currently 25% on either side of the fund's latest Unit Price calculation.

You will be provided with an estimated total investment amount based on your bid price and the total number of units in your buy order. This order cost remains an estimate until a match is found and you.

Once your bid is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Jasper will then present your bid to the seller for consideration.

If your bid is accepted by the seller, Jasper will let you know and will arrange for the payment and transfer to take place.

It's important to note that you may not be able to achieve your desired price (if any).

Important Disclaimer:

There is no guarantee that you will be able to exit your investments on the Secondary Market or at what price an exit (if any) will be achieved. Units will not be listed on any public securities exchange.

Investments offered by Jasper should be considered illiquid.
