This article explains what the Jasper Wallet is, how it works and how you can use it to fund your investments.

The Jasper Investor Wallet gives you a detailed breakdown of transactions made against your portfolio. It shows:

  • Money In via - Wallet Deposits, Distributions

  • Money Out via - Wallet Withdrawals, New Investments

  • Wallet Balance - Net balance of your wallet after all transactions


Making a one-off deposit

Simply use your bank to send money to your Jasper wallet. Deposits are usually available and will appear in your wallet on the same trading day, however processing times can vary.

You'll find all the details you need for a wallet deposit on the Wallet screen by navigating:

  • Deposit details are located on the right side of the page, including Recipient, Account Number and a unique deposit Reference.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹Please ensure that your deposit accurately includes the supplied reference, and is made from your authorised bank account. This information is used to ensure funds are automatically assigned to your Wallet.


Making a wallet withdrawal:

You can withdraw funds from your Jasper Wallet into a verified bank account at any time. You'll find all the details you need for a wallet withdrawal on the Wallet screen, just navigate:

Simply input and confirm the amount of money you wish to withdraw from your available wallet balance. We'll notify you when your withdrawal request is completed.
