We accept the following documents when asked to verifying your bank account::

  • A bank encoded deposit slip with pre-printed details of your bank account

  • name and number

  • A copy of a cheque for your bank account

  • A copy of a bank account statement

  • A verification letter or other document of confirmation provided by your bank

  • A printed version of your bank account details from your online banking.

What if I don’t have the documents on me?
If you don’t have a document ready to upload during account setup, you can skip the bank account step. You’ll just have to add and verify your bank account before you can invest.

What happens if I don't verify my bank account?
If your bank isn't verified, you'll still be able to log in, but you won't be able to invest through our platform until it's verified.
