We generate our revenue in four ways:
We receive an establishment fee on each property when it is listed
We receive an annual fund management fee
We receive a disposal fee when we successfully sell a property
We receive a share of the performance fee on each property
The fees vary from property to property. All fees are clearly outlined in the FAQ section of each property and in the accompanying investment prospectus.
