Jasper partners with industry-leading commercial real estate developers and managers in each region to help us find, acquire and manage Jasper's real estate assets. We call these parties our Operating Partners.

While Jasper works with several partners in each region, we do not work with everyone. We take a quality over quantity approach to our operating partnerships. We will typically partner with real estate investment companies, operators or developers with experienced senior management teams, strong track records demonstrating outsized returns, and successful execution on similar investment opportunities.

A profile of the assigned operating partner for a particular property will be made clear in that properties' offer documentation.
